Sinamon was born in Perth with an international palate in mind. It all started with a physicist wondering the spiral galaxies of Lin-Shu. When suddenly a cinnamon aroma appeared before his senses, creating nostalgia of his favourite teenagerhood treat.
Sleepless and obsessed he became with the idea of making cinnamon buns like none ever did before. Being conditioned and equipped with the scientific method, he took it upon himself to design, create and explore the possibilities and permutations of the perfect cinnamon Bun. He called these buns... Sinamon buns.
