Aunty Lucy's Cakery is the pastry playground of baker Lucy Cosgriff, who has levelled up from her popular stall at the Fremantle Farmers Market as the The Well-Rested Baker.
Lucy has been baking since she was old enough to hold a wooden spoon and brings a combination of nostalgic family recipes and technical training to her cake shop.
Studying commercial cookery and patisserie she has worked all over and picked up many a recipe along the journey - a favourite was working at one of Montreal's best restaurants - Olive et Gourmando!
Aunty Lucy's serves up soft sponges filled with fruity fillings and pillowy whipped cream, layered cakes filled with roasted strawberries, comforting coconut choc-chip cookies and enticingly golden-crusted cherry pies.
