Elske means “with love” in Danish, and it’s this spirit of hospitality we hope will envelop all who enter our cosy cafe in Fremantle. Nestled in the historic Manning Buildings in the High Street Mall, Elske offers a fresh, wholesome and creative all-day menu inspired by the tastes of Scandinavia and Northern Europe. Expect to find moreish brunch favourites made from scratch alongside mouthwatering smørrebrød, house-cured gravad lax and other classic Danish delights.

About the owners

Elske comes from esteemed culinary pair Sean Marshall and Kristina Jensen, who have traversed top kitchens around the world from five-star hotels to chef-hatted establishments and award-winning restaurants. Upon settling in Perth with their family, they transformed Wembley institution Cambridge Corner Store before founding Elske in Fremantle.
