Join us for a guided Mollydooker Dinner, where we’ll profile one of Australia’s most recognisable and unapologetically bold producers, pouring wines with big flavour, generosity and inimitable personality.

Founded by Sarah and Sparky Marquis, Mollydooker is a McLaren Vale icon, built on resilience, a bit of left-of-field thinking and an unwavering commitment to making wines that make people go “wow.” From humble beginnings to global acclaim, including multiple 99-point scores, they’ve carved out a reputation for doing things differently and doing it oh-so well.

This one is firmly aimed at those who like their reds with presence, wines with weight, texture and depth. (White wine drinkers, this probably isn’t your night.)

Across the evening, you’ll settle in for a seated, three-course dinner artfully devised by Ette, paired with nine standout wines. You’ll be welcomed with the iconic Miss Molly Sparkling Shiraz, before working through the range, from favourites like The Boxer and Two Left Feet, through to the showstoppers Carnival of Love and the flagship Velvet Glove Shiraz.

Along the way, we’ll unpack what makes Mollydooker tick, from their Marquis Fruit Weight™ philosophy to a winemaking style that leans into richness, texture and impact, without losing its sense of fun.

Expect serious wine and a considered dining experience, with a bit of theatre, plenty of flavour and wines that more than hold their own at the table.

If you like your red wine with a bit of swagger, you’ll feel very at home here.

NOTE: this is a seated event. If you would like to be seated with other attendees, please notify us ASAP and we can accommodate you.
