The Perth Centre for Photography is excited to present 'Sculpt and Shoot' with guest artist Sherry Quiambao. This workshop is designed for photographers of all levels, guiding participants in creating and photographing ephemeral sculptures using everyday objects, household items, pantry or food items, and a personal object of meaning.
Participants will learn to see ordinary objects in a new light, transforming them into still-life compositions that evoke feelings of longing and connection. Sherry will share insights into the techniques and concepts behind her artistic process, exploring composition, lighting, and colour to help participants elevate their photography.
By the end of the session, attendees will have created and photographed their own unique sculptures that tell a personal story.
