Cold plunges, ice baths, and ocean dips for a cause.
A world first event around the globe, with 17 countries taking part on the day by organising cold plunges, ice baths and ocean dips to raise awareness of the positive mental health benefits of cold-water immersion.
Here in Fremantle at Leighton Beach, the event has FREE breathwork and yoga sessions from 8am with the 'big plunge' at 11am with 30 pools on the beach filled with ocean water and ice for a huge group ice bath!
