Come down to the beach to meet up with likeminded people and sit in stillness by the ocean embracing a monthly theme (like gratitude) and enjoying a 20 minute meditation, followed by a dip in the ocean and/or coffee and breakkie in one of the local cafes at your leisure after.
The meditation session is FREE, everybody is welcome and no bookings are required.
Bring warm clothes and a blanket as it is can be chilly in the early mornings.
Meeting point: Hut in front of the Kidogo Art House.
