As the longest night approaches, Solstice by the Sea invites the community to gather on the shores of Bathers Beach for a week-long celebration of winter, fire, food and connection.
Inspired by the traditions of the Winter Solstice, the festival brings together ocean rituals, art, music and family friendly experiences alongside fire cooked feasts, seasonal food and drinks.
The week builds towards a special Saturday celebration, with a full day of winter experiences including yoga on the boardwalk overlooking Bathers Beach followed by an ocean swim with the Cold Nips crew, fire pits, hot chocolate, arts and crafts, roving performers, DJ and fire dancers at sunset. Storytelling and family friendly activities continue across the weekend.
Throughout the week, guests can enjoy winter inspired specials including hearty seasonal dishes, warming drinks, smoked cocktails and cosy moments by the ocean.
Celebrate the magic of winter on the coast at Solstice by the Sea.
