Presented by The Jock Clough Marine Foundation, WA's official World Ocean Day event brings together two panel discussions on science, conservation and community - accessible, engaging, and built for everyday West Australians.
With climate change, marine biodiversity and fishing practices under the spotlight, this is a chance to hear directly from the people working on the frontlines. Whether you're a beachgoer, fisher, family or curious local — if you've got a connection to the ocean, this one's for you.
On the night you can expect:
- A family-friendly atmosphere with ocean education front and centre. Bring the kids and spark their curiosity
- Exclusive FREE 2026 WA World Ocean Day t-shirts (first come, first served, one per person until they're gone)
- A community mural by arts organisation Blank Walls. Help bring WA's bleached coral reef back to life, one brushstroke at a time.
- Stallholders to explore including Tangaroa Blue, the Hammerhead Hub and Shark Eyes
