Mindful Mud: Breathwork and Pottery Workshop in Fremantle

07 August 2025
Breathe, sip cacao & sculpt in our Mindful Mud workshop. A calming blend of breathwork, clay play & self-care.

Welcome to the Mindful Mud workshop, where you'll explore the art of pottery, unwind with a calming breathwork session, and savour a ceremonial cacao experience.
Take a mindful pause from your busy schedule and reconnect with yourself through creativity and intentional stillness. Part of our Winter Warmer series, this workshop is designed to help you slow down, recalibrate, and embrace self-care in a cosy, nurturing space.

In this two-hour session, you’ll begin with a gentle 30-minute guided breathwork practice led by Emily from Breaking Barriers Breathwork, a passionate breathwork facilitator and advocate for holistic wellbeing. Emily will support you to connect with your breath, calm your nervous system, and arrive fully in the present moment.

Then, guided by Shiloh from Happy Hub Collective, you’ll discover the therapeutic wonders of hand-building with clay—learning slab, pinching, and coiling techniques to create your own unique ceramic piece.
Alongside your creative journey, we’ve partnered with Swiirl Studio to offer a beautiful ceremonial cacao drink on arrival, adding an extra touch of warmth and mindfulness to your experience.
This workshop is suitable for all skill levels, from complete beginners to those with pottery experience. You’ll leave not only with a handcrafted ceramic piece but also with a deeper sense of calm and creative inspiration.
