Wild in the Street

Wild in the Street is your local small bar and restaurant where you are always greeted with a friendly smile, well-thought-out drinks, and exciting food offerings. Ask Elise (Bartender of the Year) for her twist on a Paloma!

Jetty Bar & Eats

This is a top spot to get close to water. On Beach Street, on the old East Street Jetty, you'll overlook the Swan River with colourful cranes standing tall over Fremantle Harbour in the west and a stunning view up the river to the north.

Nieuw Ruin

A small bar and eatery in a building with nearly 150 years of history. It's filled with more independent, small-batch booze than you can poke a stick at!

The Old Synagogue

These multilayered venues have been a hit since it opened. The Old Synagogue marks the entrance to Fremantle’s Cappuccino Strip (it’s opposite the Norfolk Hotel).

Darling Darling

Want to feel like you're walking into the hull of an old pirate ship? Enter this compact space through a discreet entry on Henry Street and step back in time to Fremantle’s seafaring history.

If you love good times, sports entertainment and American food and culture, make your way to Walyalup Koort.

South Fremantle offers a bar hop scene all of its own. Start at Who's Your Mumma at the five way corner of Wray Avenue and South Terrace. Then find strong community vibes at Percy Flint and The Local Hotel.

You’ll find a vibrant scene at Madalena’s Bar, further south to the beach. And the gorgeous festoon lighting at La Cabaña.

Cross the bridge and you’ll find the quintessential neighbourhood bar Mrs Brown Bar. It’s a cosy place to hang out with a glass of red over a game of scrabble.
