Headlining the festival's growing After Dark program is internationally renowned French company Compagnie Bilbobasso with Amor: a mesmerising, fire-filled spectacle combining Argentinian Tango with large-scale pyrotechnics. Appearing for the first time in WA, two performers at the centre of a whimsical, domestic bullfight tell the tale of a love story gone wrong with dance, fire, and an explosive or two.

The world's most famous Double Dutch Team and Britain’s Got Talent 2024 series finalists, Haribow make their Aussie debut at this year's festival! With a high-energy blend of athletic precision and artistry that captivates and unifies every audience with intricate tricks, flips, and handstands, this group never put a foot out of place.

Living Sculptures | How the birds got their colours
Esplanade Park plays host this year to a spectacular Indigenous-led dreamtime re-imagining fusing traditional First Nations dance, storytelling, and contemporary circus. A collaboration between Arc Circus and Luther Cora and his team from Yugambeh Aboriginal Dancers, the show tells a significant dreamtime story via a living, breathing work of art. This one is a must-see.

Ex-Cirque Du Soleil acrobat Reuben DotDotDot defies gravity and death with his acrobatic stunts and towering balancing acts. With a gymnastics and traditional Chinese circus background, his unique style has been refined over 20 years performing at festivals, circuses, and streets all over the world. This is a street arts professional at the top of his game.

A tightwire dancer and juggler attempt to overcome their differences via a joyfully explosive combination of acrobatics, physical theatre, jump ropes, and live music in this unconventional but sweet love story. With expert comic timing and instruments from all around the world, this real-life couple are true masters of their craft. Now based in Finland, one half of this talented pair, Jeremy Nuuk, started his career at the tender age of 11 right here at Fremantle's CircusWA!

An unexpected puppet show that will enchant and entertain, look for Appeso ad un Filo under the trees in Esplanade Park, where award-winning international puppeteer and artisan theatre company Di Filippo Marionette will playfully present some of their most-travelled string puppets.
