Dockers take on Eagles in season opener at Fremantle Oval
The Dockers AFLW 2022 season kicks off on Saturday 8 January when they take on the Eagles at Fremantle Oval.
After finishing fifth on the AFLW ladder last year, there are high hopes for the Dockers in 2022. Fans can look forward to the return of midfielder Ann McMahon and forward Aine Tighe, who had both been sidelined for last year’s entire season due to injury.
If you’re planning to go to the match, don’t forget to stock up on your Dockers merchandise at The Dock Pop-Up in Fremantle. It’s open from Thursday – Sunday from 11am–4 pm at 31 Market Street, Fremantle. There are caps, scarves, guernseys, tees and flags to help purple-ise the crowd and show your support.
